We are currently offering free standard shipping to the United States.
Standard shipping is by UPS ground. Orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from our warehouse in Maine, Monday through Friday (unless item is on backorder). We do not ship on major holidays, including Thanksgiving or the day after.

The Jubiltree Company, LLC offers a 30-day money back guarantee. If you decide not to keep any item you purchase from us, just return it in new condition in the original packaging within 30 days of your order. We'll refund you the amount paid.
In the unlikely event you discover a manufacturing defect at any time, we'll work with you to remedy the problem. If we can't send you a replacement part, you may return your purchase for a full refund or exchange. We'll pay the return shipping--just contact us to arrange shipping prior to mailing. In most cases, natural and cosmetic variations in the wood are not considered manufacturing defects.
Please make sure to package your returns carefully and obtain a tracking number. We will not be able to provide a refund if the product is damaged or lost in transit without a tracking number.

Our partnership with Bongo allows us to offer greatly reduced shipping costs for our overseas customers. In addition, international customers may choose to pay any customs fees, duties, and taxes up front, so they know the full cost of their purchase at the time they make it.
International customers can order directly through our website, and determine the cost of shipping, import duties, and taxes before they make their purchase.
Here's how to place an international order:
Just add the tree you like to your cart, then visit your cart page. At the bottom-right of the cart is a button that says, "Are you outside the U.S.?" Click this button and you will be routed to our international checkout page. There you will select your country, and input your shipping information. Click "Next" and you will see the exact cost of shipping, duties, and taxes before you enter any payment information.
When you're ready to check out, click "Next" again and complete your payment information on Bongo's Checkout Page. Click "Place Order" when you are finished. Upon completion of your order, Bongo International will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. You will see Bongo's name on your credit card statement.
We will ship your purchase to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service. You pay only the purchase cost, a reduced international shipping rate, and any customs fees, duties, or taxes assessed by your country.
All payment and shipping requests for international orders should be submitted directly to Bongo at Support@BongoUS.com. Bongo will respond within one day of receipt.
Unfortunately, do to the high cost of international returns, we can not accept returns on international orders. All international sales are final.
In the unlikely event you discover a manufacturing defect, we'll work with you to resolve the problem. If a replacement part is needed, we will gladly ship you a new component. If we can't resolve the problem with a replacement part, you may exchange your purchase for a new tree.
