Domestic Shipping

We are currently offering free standard shipping to the United States.

Standard shipping is by UPS ground. Orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from our warehouse in Maine, Monday through Friday (unless item is on backorder). We do not ship on major holidays, including Thanksgiving or the day after.

Domestic Returns

The Jubiltree Company, LLC offers a 30-day money back guarantee. If you decide not to keep any item you purchase from us, just return it in new condition in the original packaging within 30 days of your order. We'll refund you the amount paid. 

In the unlikely event you discover a manufacturing defect at any time, we'll work with you to remedy the problem. If we can't send you a replacement part, you may return your purchase for a full refund or exchange. We'll pay the return shipping--just contact us to arrange shipping prior to mailing. In most cases, natural and cosmetic variations in the wood are not considered manufacturing defects.

Please make sure to package your returns carefully and obtain a tracking number. We will not be able to provide a refund if the product is damaged or lost in transit without a tracking number.

International Shipping

We have partnered with Bongo International to serve our international customers.

Bongo International is ranked #7 on Inc.'s list of the top Logistics and Transportations Companies, and is used by thousands of U.S. businesses to process international orders. Our partnership with Bongo allows us to offer greatly reduced shipping costs for our overseas customers. In addition, international customers may choose to pay any customs fees, duties, and taxes up front, so they know the full cost of their purchase at the time they make it. 

To determine international shipping costs, duties, and taxes, place the products you would like to purchase in your shopping cart, and visit your cart. Click on the button that says, "Are you outside the U.S.?". You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page, where you will be provided with international shipping costs for the items in your cart as well as any customs fees, duties, and taxes required by the destination country for your shipment.

When you're ready to check out, complete the information on Bongo's Checkout Page and click "Place Order." Upon completion of your order, Bongo International will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. You will see Bongo's name on your credit card statement. We will ship your purchase to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service. You pay only the purchase cost, a reduced international shipping rate, and any customs fees, duties, or taxes assessed by your country. 

All payment and shipping requests for international orders should be submitted directly to Bongo at Support@BongoUS.com. Bongo will respond within one day of receipt.
