International Shipping

Yes, we do ship internationally! Here's how to place an international order:

Add the tree you like to your shopping cart, then view your cart. At the bottom-right of the cart page you'll see a button that says, "Are you outside the U.S.?" Click this button and you will be routed to our international checkout page. Select your country to see the exact cost of shipping, duties, and taxes on the first page of checkout--before you enter any payment or address information. From here, continue the checkout process as usual.

We partner with FedEx CrossBorder to serve our overseas customers. FedEx CrossBorder both processes and ships our international orders. Upon completion of your order, FedEx CrossBorder will charge your credit card for the entire purchase, and you will see FedEx CrossBorder on your credit card statement.

International orders take 2-3 days to process. Once processed, we will ship your purchase to FedEx CrossBorder Global Distribution Facility in Florida, where FedEx CrossBorder will process the order and ship it to your international address. Currently there is no charge for shipping to the FedEx CrossBorder facility. You pay only the purchase cost, a reduced international shipping rate, and any customs fees, duties, or taxes assessed by your country. 

FedEx CrossBorder is used by thousands of U.S. businesses to process international orders. Our partnership with FedEx CrossBorder allows us to offer reduced shipping costs for our overseas customers. In addition, international customers pay any customs fees, duties, and taxes up front, so you know the full cost of their purchase at the time you make it.

International Returns

Unfortunately, do to the high cost of international returns, we can not accept returns on international orders. All international sales are final.

In the unlikely event you discover a manufacturing defect, we'll work with you to resolve the problem. If a replacement part is needed, we will gladly ship you a new component. If we can't resolve the problem with a replacement part, you may exchange your purchase for a new tree.
